“What are you going to do after high school?”

Our Purpose
. . . engage with high school students to build confidence, support and take notice in their best interest in having a successful career after high school.
We work with corporations and the medical field in building informed and motivated students in recognizing opportunities ahead of them and moving them from a normalized mind set; to a more sustainable, stable healthy balanced mind for their future careers.
The program is designed to be a successful, sustainable job shadowing program, partnering with corporate America, who is looking to make a difference in working with high schools who are not recognized from top tier schools.
CRY WITHOUT TEARS is a nonprofit agency that is dedicated to helping create change, gain knowledge to help bridge the gap between worlds that look different from many facets of life, to promote diversity and inclusivity.
We would like to have no more than 10 high school students sit down with different departments within your organization to help them determine what’s their best future course entering college.
